December Journaling Challenge

My oh my, can it really be December already???

Well, as a matter of fact it is, and I’m happy to be hosting this month’s journaling challenge!!

On Sunday, my husband, our 3 children and I put up and decorated our Christmas Tree. The squeals of delight from the kids as they helped put on their personalized baubles, the heavily laden bottom of the tree, giving away how high the children can reach, the gasps when the lights were turned on, and going through the old Christmas decorations that the kids have made at kinder, childcare and playgroup over the years that I will cherish forever – these are all part of what makes Christmas so special to me. I think you appreciate it so much more as a parent – it certainly brings back the magic of Christmas for me.

So for the journaling challenge, I would like you to journal about what Christmas means to you. Feel free to use word art or a quote if you can find something to sum it up (I did!)

It’s easy to get caught up in the commercialism of this holiday season, so I hope this challenge brings a little Christmas magic your way .
